Winter in Yosemite was chilly but lacked the snow levels we were hoping for in some of the locations. We did have excellent amount of clouds that are elusive other times of the year. San Francisco's most famous spots were excellent with the sunrises & sunsets providing lots of opportunities for people to bag some good results.

During our two workshops in October we had excellent weather with Indian summer just peaking! The sun & afterglow of it as well as mist created beautiful conditions for our clients. Here is a selection of images from our pro photographer Martin Rak who with his extensive knowledge and experience with this area made sure we were at the right spot at the right time.
This October we were blessed with misty mornings & fantastic sunsets during our Lee Filters workshop. Covering all the nooks & crannies of Tatra mountains we also visited locations around Pieniny National Park.
Our first cityscape tour of Vienna was a vibrant mixture of imperial sights, new gentrified areas & must-see spots of this historic city. Voted the best city environment to live in many times, Vienna was a pleasure to photograph as well. Off beaten track sights were quiet and excellent for tripod photography.
Mist, clouds & colour in the sky. That is the summary of this month’s Lee Filters trip. The photo documentation from pro photographer Justin Minns follows.
