Location: Montenegro
Workshop start: Dubrovnik Airport 11:00
Workshop finish: Dubrovnik Airport 11:30
Duration: 3 nights / 4 days
Group Size: Max 7
Level of fitness required: Easy

Join Tatra Photography in the Pearl of the Mediterranean, Montenegro one of the most diverse photogenic countries in the world. The rugged mountains, crystal clear lakes & waterfalls, stunning architecture, sculpturally detailed churches; monasteries and stunning coastline make Montenegro an elite photographic destination.

During this 3 night photography workshop we will photograph all the famous landmarks of Montengero in the national parks and world heritage sites which will include the well preserved old towns & Ostrog monastery, Sveti Stefan coastal island, Skadar lake & Njegoš’s Mausoleum.

We will have plenty of time out in the field at sunrise & sunset for the landscape locations and we will concentrate on the blue hour & evening to really explore the old towns with our cameras. We will seek out interesting nooks and crannies as well as the better-known and more iconic sites. Our aim will be to give you ample opportunity to really capture the history of this amazing country with its architectural opportunities and help you get to grips with urban photography.

As well as having extended and flexible time in Montenegro where we will work one-on-one with each guest to hone your landscape and urban photography skills, we will also provide demonstrations of advanced landscape and cityscape photography techniques, such as High Dynamic Range Imaging (HDRI) and night photography.

We also encourage participants to bring a selection of their work for a review and critique; our professional tutor will discuss the art of urban photography composition, how to use the camera to create wow-factor images and how to approach photography with the eye of a pro.
