Chalet 21

The accommodation provided for the photography workshops is private Chalet 21 which is located near the heart of the High Tatras mountains – Velka Lomnica the town below Tatranska Lomnica & Lomnicky Stit ( 2635m )

Chalet 21 can accommodate up to 12 people in double or twin rooms. The chalet comprises 2 apartments, each of which has its own kitchen and living room, All of the beds can be made up as singles or doubles, depending upon your requirements.

Ground Floor

This elegant apartment has two bedrooms and one bathroom, a living/dining room and a spacious, open plan fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen-diner with lounge area leads directly to the patio with stunning views of the Tatra Mountains. The north facing bedroom has large French doors leading to a patio. The bedroom furniture side-tables and beds are all hand-crafted locally using oak wood. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes.

First Floor

The focal point of the apartment is the first floor spacious living room with high ceiling, adjoining it is a large dining area with comfortable seating. The kitchen is open-plan and professionally equipped. All these areas give onto a full-length north-facing balcony with magnificent views of the Tatra Mountains. The living room has a large corner sofa, the bedrooms are a spacious double room with built in wardrobes with the mezzanine floor offering 2 cosy attic bedrooms with sloping ceilings. The bathroom has a walk in shower and corner bath tub and storage room on this floor.

There is broadband wireless internet access throughout the chalet. Both living rooms are equipped with TV/DVD with cable television, the Chalet has its own useable computer hard drive for downloading and viewing any images on the widescreen television for evening discussions, adult & children’s board games are also available.
