Saxony’s Zittau Mountains national park is located on the border triangle of Germany, Poland and the Czech Republic. The landscape stretches along the meandering River Mandau and is one of Europe’s scenic gems.
The particular charm of Germany’s smallest highland area lies in its varied sandstone mountains, volcanic peaks and picturesque valleys. Exquisite plant life such as marsh marigolds, martagon lilies and carline thistles can also be found in the marshlands and alpine meadows.
During this photography tour of Saxon we will capture the incredible variety of the Sandstone mountains and lush landscapes. All levels are catered for so whether you are new to photography, an enthusiast or a seasoned pro we provide a fun packed tour with a masterclass in landscape techniques from our professional photographer Martin Rak.
While on location you will receive dedicated one-to-one tuition to help hone your landscape photography skills. Martin Rak will offer guidance on both the technical and creative aspects of landscape photography and always be at hand to provide feedback on your photographs. At each location we visit Martin will make suggestions and offer advice on how to create wow factor images.
Your tutor for this workshop is Martin Rak. Martin is a renowned Czech landscape photographer based in Prague. He got his first camera at the age of 6 and has been interested in photography ever since.
